Ingredients
2 oz Cream Cheese2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla1 Tbs Flax Meal1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamin
Directions
I use my magic bullet. Put all ingredients in and whiz it up. Let it sit for a few minutes or overnight. Preheat skillet with butter or pam. Cook 2 minutes per side. I flip when it is bubbly on top. Depends on size of your pancakes. I get 3 that are 4 inches each.
