Denise0409's Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cans black beans or 3c dry black beans, cooked 1 whole egg 1 tsp cumin .5c fresh chopped cilantro .5c panko bread crumbs 1 tbsp of lime juiceIf using dry beans, add salt to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse well 2 cans or 3 cups of black beans. Smash them with a fork until you can see some of the black from the bean. Add 1 egg, 1 tsp cumin, about a half palm of roughly chopped cilantro, 1/2 c Panko bread crumbs, and 1 tbsp or half a fresh squeezed lime. Mix it all up and mold into patties. Refrigerate a couple hours. Broil at 350'F or grill on foil for 20 minutes.
