Broccoli, fresh, 6 stalk Carrots, raw, 2 medium Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 4 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shreddedMilk, canned, evaporated, 6 fl oz Garlic, 2 clove *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
SAUTE VEG IN OLIVE OIL. ADD STOCK AND SIMMER UNTIL SOFT.
PUREE IN BLENDER.
ADD EVAPORATED MILK AND CHEESE. STIR TO BLEND.
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
