SAUTE VEG IN OLIVE OIL. ADD STOCK AND SIMMER UNTIL SOFT.
PUREE IN BLENDER.
ADD EVAPORATED MILK AND CHEESE. STIR TO BLEND.
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
