Zucchini & Beet Salad

Ingredients
400 gr Zucchinis200 gr pickled beets200 gr Iceberg lettuce1 green onion2 tbsp. Malt vinegar
Directions
Peel and diced zucchinis.
Dice beets.
Shred lettuce and green onion.

Toss together and sprinkle with vinegar. Serve immediately... also good for lunch the next day!
