Ingredients
roasted red peppersmarinated artichoke hearts. NOTE: if artichokes are not marinated, add olive oil to mixture.onionlemon juicesalt to tastegarlic to taste 3-4 cloveswhite vinegar of any kind will be sufficientblack pepper to taste
Directions
empty drained roasted red peppers and drained artichoke hearts in food processor. add 1/2 medium onion, squeeze of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper and garlic cloves which you have chopped up . pulsate in food processor. empty into bowl and enjoy .
