Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed Sweet potato, cooked, 1 cup *carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
