royal oak with clouds salad

Ingredients

4 cups lime gelatin prepared4 oz cream cheese1 pt whipping cream1 can fruit (drained, use juice to make gelatin)1/2 cu mayonaise1 tbl sucralose (equal measure splenda)
prepare gelatin
remove 1 cup and reserve
mix gelatin with cream cheese, add 1tsp sucralose
add mayonaise and 1/2 cup whipping cream
mix well
add fruit
pour into 13x9 pan
rinse bowl
place 1 cup whipping cream in bowl
add 1 tsp sucralose
whip until peaks form
add rest of gelatin
mix well
spoon on top of other mixture in 13x9 pan
rinse bowl
place rest of whipping cream in bowl
add rest of sucralose (1tsp)
whip until peaks form
drop by spoonfuls onto 13x9 desert (like clouds)
chill
