15 oz can organic pumpkin3/4 cup organic unsweetened applesauce strawberry1/2 cup soy milk (or milk of your choice)1 cup maple syrup1 cup protein powder (soy, hemp, & / or whey)2/3 cup ground flax (& / or ground flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds,& goji berries)1 cup brown rice flour (or any other flour)1 cup quick oats1 cup bran (wheat, rice, & / or oat)2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp ginger1 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
