cucumber radish salad

Ingredients
cucumber red onion radishlemon juiceextra virgin olive oil adobo seasoningcilantro(fresh or dry)
Directions
wash all veggies (especially cilantro as the fresh kind tends to be sandy)

slice cucumber into thin rounds (i used a mandolin on the thinnest setting)
slice radishes(same method as cucumbers)
slice onions
julienne washed cilantro

add all ingredients into a large bowl
in separate bowl combine olive oil, adobo and lemon juice and wisk until emulsified. pour wet mixture over veggies. enjoy.
