Jessica's Pumpkin Protein Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Old fashioned oatmeal, ground66g (or apx 2 scoops) Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder1TB baking powder1/2 cup stevia1tsp pumpkin spice2 egg whites1 cup pumpkin canned, unsalted1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetenedCinnamon sugar mixture for middle & top to your taste.
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with Pam spray.
Mix the oats, MP Combat Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder, and baking powder and stevia in a bowl using a wire whisk.
In a separate bowl combine egg whites, pumpkin Greek yogurt & applesauce.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.
Pour half of the batter in baking dish. Using the cinnamon sugar mixture sprinkle heavily on layer. Pour remaining batter and use the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture to top of the cake.
