christy's low fat butter chicken

Ingredients
1 packages of Asian Home Gourmet- indian butter chicken1/2 onion2 tsp Garlic1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes1/4 cup non-fat skim milk2 tbsp becel light margarine2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts1 can mushrooms
Directions
start by cooking tomatoes in some water so they are easier to puree once the tomatoes are decently made into a sauce-like texture add milk, margarine and butter-chicken paste and let simmer (in a pot)
dice onions
put diced onions into frying pan with a lil EVOO(light)
sweat those down for a few minutes until they appear transparent add garlic sweat for another minute and then add mixture too sauce pot.
next add bite-size pieces of chicken to frying pan and cook them til they're done, add sauce mixture to frying pan and continue to simmer
in small pot add basmati rice to your cooking needs.

This recipe makes 3 servings of butter chicken so make rice accordingly.
