Wild rice & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1pkg Uncle Ben's chicken flavored wild rice-5 cups fresh broccoli- Steamed (You can add more or less as desired) -1 can cream of mushroom soup-1/2 cup milk
Directions
1) Cook rice according to package directions
2) Steam or cook broccoli
3) Dilute the cream of mushroom soup with the milk
4) In a large caserole dish layer the broccoli and the rice and then pour the milk and soup mixture on top.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

* This is a really easy recipe to change up. Add some chicken, melt grated cheese on top or change the rice or soup flavor to make it more to your taste
