Ingredients
20 shells1lb sausage 1T minced garlic1 can diced tomatoes1 box frozen spinach1/2 c. ricotta cheese1 c. mozzarella cheese
Directions
Serving Size: 4 shells
Preheat over 350 degrees
Bring a large pot od ssalted water to a boil. Add pasta shella and cook according to package directions.Drain
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork sauage then use a wooden spoon to break up the sauage cook 5-6 minutes until browned. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds then add tomatoes and spinach, cook 1 minute.
Remove pan from heat and stir in ricotta cheese.
Using a spoon, fill pasta shalls with pork filling and arrange in a baking dish (9x13) Sprinkle tops with shredded mozzarella then bake 30 min. until cheese has melted
