Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan

1 medium head raw cauliflower, sliced in 1" slices1 tsp Tony's Seasoning2 tsp black pepper1/2 Tbsp dried thyme leaves1 Tbsp olive oil used in a spray mister
Lay thick slices of cauliflower on cookie sheet and mist well with olive oil. Sprinkle 1/2 of the seasonings and mist olive oil on top of seasonings. Turn over and do the same for the other side. Roast in 425 degree preheated oven for 15-20 minutes each side until dark browned on both sides. If desired, mist remaining olive oil on cauliflower when serving and top with parmesan while hot.
