Rogan Josh with Soy Beans

Ingredients
Jar of sauce Whatever veg you want (this will change values slightly, but will be negligible) Soy beans cooked in no salt (boiled)Served without noodles or rice
Directions
Cook off harder veg first (I dry fry, no oil, a little water)
Add power from sauce lid
Stir fry 2 mins
Add jar sauce
Add cooked soy beans
Cook until veg is finished
Add spinach, stir and serve

Serving Size: 2 portions if served with rice/noodles
