Gingerbread Waffles 3/2015

Ingredients
4 eggs2 TBS Agave2 cups half and half1 cup brewed coffee, cooled2 cups Almond Flour1 cup Coconut Flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cloves1 TBS ground cinnamon1 TBS ground ginger1 TBS ground nutmeg4 TBS butter, melted1 TBS coconut oil, melted
Directions
Large bowl, mix together eggs and agave until well blended. Add half and half and coffee and stir to combine. In another large bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Add the liquid to the dry and stir until just combined. Stir in melted butter and coconut oil.
Let batter stand while heating up the waffle iron.
