Vegan Nutritional Yeast Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 C. Nutritional Yeast Flakes3/4 C. Water1/4 C. Tahini1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and mix well; simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce reaches desired thickness.

    Very cheesy first vegan sauce that has some cheese taste to it I found but I used powdered PB2 for tahini as I didn't have none I needed to add just a bit of corn starch to thicken - 7/11/19
