Black bean quesadillas

Ingredients
1cup black beans4 oz shredded reduced fat mexican cheese4 mission low card soft taco sized tortillaonion powdergarlic powderhot saucenon fat spray butter
Directions
mix together beans and seasonings to taste - heat thoroughly. heat a griddle or nonstick frying pan. spray one side of the tortillaplace butter side down then add 1/4 cup of bean mixture to one laf of the tortilla and sprinkle w/ 1 oz of cheese -fold tortilla in half over the beans. Cook until browned on one side then flip and brown the other. Slice into triangles and they are ready to eat. Good served w/ light sour cream or plain
