Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive oil2 cups Lentils4 med Potatoes, diced very small1/2 long Sweet potato, diced very small1 med Onion, diced5 cloves Garlic, crushed1 tsp Ginger Root, grated6 tsp Chicken stock, Massel1/2 tsp Cumin ground1/2 tsp Coriander ground1/2 tsp Mixed herbs, dried or 1 tsp fresh8 cups Water, boiled
Directions
set pressure cooker to brown setting till hot
Add oil, onion, garlic, ginger & fry for about a minute
Add cumin, coriander & lentils, mix well & fry for another minute
Add water & stock
Set pressure cooker to high setting, airtight for 25 minutes to cook
