Quick Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/3 cup of chia seeds1 can of coconut milkvanilla extract to tasteStevia or other sweetener to taste
Directions
Empty can of coconut milk into a container with a tight lid. Add the chia seeds and vanilla. Cover tightly. Shake vigorously. Refrigerate overnight.
