Ingredients
2 cups fresh asparagus 4 cups fat free low sodium no MSG chicken broth 1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp onion powder 3/4 cup cottage cheese
Directions
heat chicken broth with chopped asparagus and salt, cook till tender, then add onion powder and remove some of the asparagus. remove from heat , add cottage cheese and blend with a hand blender add the asparagus back to dish and serve
