Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Chicken Broth, .5 cup Sour Cream, .5 cup Cilantro, dried, .3 tbsp
layer all but Sour Cream into the Crock Pot and cook 6 hours on low.
Shred Chicken, add Sour Cream, and simmer until warm through. Serve with Broccoli (and rice for those who are okay with Carbs)
