Ingredients
2 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 3 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1.5 cup Canned Tomatoes 1.5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bag and freeze until ready to eat. Thaw and cook in the crock pot for 8 hours on low.
