Kidney Bean Loaf

Ingredients
800 grams red kidney beans1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup egg substitute1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions
Combine all ingredients, using a mixer or blender if you prefer. Form into loaf pan. bake at 375 for 1 hour.

Divide loaf into 8 equal slices.
