Simple Morning Omelet

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) .1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .25 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) (by MORETHEATER) 1 serving NATURAL SHREDDED CHEESE - KRAFT NATURAL CHEESE SHREDS - COLBY & MONTEREY JACK 2% MILK SHREDDED
Directions
Sautee diced ingredients - Green onion, broccoli, green pepper and ham. Whisk eggs with a splash of water and pour into a pre heated skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until set, put veggies and ham on one half of egg. Sprinkle cheese over egg and veggies, fold empty side over the veggies. Enjoy
