.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 large hand fulls Kale chopped 2 clove Garlic1 tsp Oregano, ground 1/2 cup Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup 12 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 cup Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), 2 tsp Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 dash Pepper, black 6 tbsp tabasco spicy ketchup 1/2 TBS PER MUFFIN
Chop and veggies. Saute - onion, garlic, carrot, and kale. Let cool. Mix all ingredients except ketchup for topping. Divide into 12 muffin cups. Top with spicy ketchup.
Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
