Cinnamon Raisin Bagel

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup water1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp sugar3 cups flour1/2 cup or raisins ( or other dried fruit)2 tsp bread machine yeast
Put all the ingredients in your bread machine following manufactuer instructions
Set on dough cycle.
When cycle complete , take dough out & cut into 12 pcs.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees - Boil 6 qts. water
Roll each piece into a ball.
Poke the middle to make a hole & stretch out gently to make the correct shape.
When the water comes to a boil , put a few bagels in the water , boil on each side for 1.5 minutes each
Remove from water with slotted spoon.
Place on a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper.
Bake on tray for 15 - 18 minutes
