Crockpot Roast Beef

1 (3-pound) chuck roast2 cans Swanson Lower Sodium Beef Broth1 cup onion, chopped6 small red potatoes10 baby carrots1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce2/3 cup brown sugar2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix together the spices, brown sugar and tomato sauce in a bowl. Then add the broth to that mixture and stir.
Peel potatoes and carrots, chop onion and put them in the bottom of crock pot. Then add the roast on top of the veggies and pour the broth/tomato sauce/spice mixture over the top of it all.
Cook on High for 8 hours or Low for 12 hours.
Stir every so often.
