Cranberry Walnut Side Salad

For salad:5 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped0.5 tomato, chopped0.2 cucumber, chopped0.3 cup green bell pepper, chopped0.25 cup chopped walnuts0.1 cup sunflower seeds, without shell1 tbsp chopped cilantroFor dressing:0.75 slice cranberry sauce, canned1 tsp olive oil1 tsp vinegardash black pepperdash salt
Chop the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, and cilantro and combine in a medium sized bowl. Add the walnuts and sunflower seeds. Set aside. In a smaller bowl, combine the cranberry dressing, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined. The dressing will be chunky and thick. Add the dressing to the salad and combine until the salad is coated with the dressing.
