4 tbsp Olive Oil 3 serving 1 tsp Parsley Flakes 1 serving Basil 2 serving Garlic 2 serving Cayenne Red Pepper 1/8 tsp 1.5 cup Fresh Market Garbanzo 0.25 tsp Tones Rosemary Garlic 0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Don't cook this! Mash chickpeas/garbanzo beans well with fork or pastry tool. Add spices and 4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil. Mix until creamy. Store covered in refrigerator for several days, if it lasts that long!
