Strawberry-Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1/4 cup red onion1/2 (8-1/4") cucumber (with peel) 2 cups sliced strawberries, fresh 1/4 cup, sliced almonds2 Tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp white vinegar1/3 cup gramulated sugar 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp poppy seed
Directions
Mix spinach, cucumbers, onion, strawberries, and almonds. For dressing: in a shaker or small bowl, mix lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, and poppyseed; shake or mix well. Shake again and pour over salad before serving.
