2700 gram(s) waitrose vegetable and Kale Soup Mix with Pearl Barley - bag 450 g - measure per 225g (half pack) 10 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 10 serving salt 10 dash Pepper, black 25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Barley - PEARL (1/2 cup) (by BURDEN2012) 168 gram(s) knorr veg stock 28 gm pot 4 serving Ground Tumeric, svg size 1 tbsp (by CERECM)
add, slow cook for over an hour ensure all barley softened and veg tender. salt and pepper to taste, great as a veg base for any other additions if you want meat (chicken)
