Ingredients
1.5 cup Beans, great northern 6 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 8 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt 2 serving Baked Chicken Breast, skinless (1 breast) 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 4 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Pepper, black 1.5 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Onion powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 2.05 tbsp Paprika 8 clove Garlic 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap Add sweet corn if you like for taste
Directions
Roast tomatoes and peppers in oven for 30 minutes. Stew in pot with 2 cups of water until soft Blend in blender. Be careful it's hot and the top will come off In small pot bring ancho chillis , Jalapeno chili de arbol and 4 cloves of garlic to boil. Blend in blender then pour in pot with roasted tomatoes Roast two chicken breasts in oven. Debone then take off skin. Put in pot with chili. Simmer and season with above seasonings Serving Size: 12 1 -cup servings
