1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) .25 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans .25 cup Beans, black 1 serving El Pollo Loco, Pico de Gallo .25 cup, pureed Avocados, California (Haas) 2 oz Chicharrones (Deep Fried Skin W/Meat & Pork Fat) Homemade (by JMNM505)
you can make it a few ways but my way is to make it all from scratch.
First start by making the beans. Soak over night for best results or for 30 minutes in hot water if you want. Take one cup of beans and boil them with 6 cups of water . I like to put onions, garlic and cilantro in with the beans to boil. The beans will take about 1 hour to cook.
next making pico de gallo:
Chop:
tomatoes
onions
cilantro
garlic
salt and pepper to taste.
i like to use quarter avocado on top to mix with.
Start by layering rice on the bottom
Red beans
Black beans
Chicharrones
pico De Gallo
Avocado
Eat with chips and enjoy!
