1.5 cup chickpea flour- Bob's Red Mill (by SUNSET_MISTRESS) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 6 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella 1 serving deli ham,1 slice(32g) (by GINICHO) 8 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick Pepperoni 1 serving Sweet mini peppers (3) .25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup Tomato Sauce 1 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
Combine flours, park cheese, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp herbs,,1/4-1/2 cup water. Roll out on evil lined baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake 350 deg for 20-30 min. Top w sauce, veggies, meats , mozzarella cheese. Salt pepper to taste. Bake 450 deg for 10 min. Or desired doneness. Cut and serve
