Chicken Rogan Josh with Basmati Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 chicken breasts diced1 can patak's rogan josh1/2 onion chopped1/2 bell pepper chopped1/2 can water3 cups cooked rice
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet, and cook onion and pappers till golden.
Add chicken and cook till heated through, (5 min)
Pour can of sauce & water over chicken, cover & simmer 20 min. (add extra water if more sauce is needed)
Serve over cooked rice.
Makes 3.
