Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
2 cup Parsley ( 1 bunch, stems and all) 2 cups Cilantro, raw (1 bunch, stems and all)2 clove Garlic 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon plus the zest4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 Tbsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA) 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) 1 tsp Ground Cumin1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flake
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Store in an air tight container up to 1 week.


Please note after a day or two the sauce will loose some of the bight green color. It's still good, enjoy it!

Serving Size: Makes aprox 2 cups or 16 - 2 TBSP portions
