Ingredients
1.5 cup Parsley 154 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 148 grams Onions, raw 198 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Cumin seed .5 fl oz Lime Juice 1 clove garlic
Directions
Chop parsley, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Mix in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper and cumin then lightly mix again. Add lime juice and mix well. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
