French Pancakes (w/Splenda)

Ingredients
3/4 stick butter3 eggs8 tbsp Splenda blenddash salt2 c. flour2 c. non fat milk
Directions
Mix in blender - better if it rests at least one hour. Batter can be stored in fridge for days. Can be made right before and stored. Coat bottom of hot round pan turning as you would a crepe. Brown one side, and flip with fingers quickly. When done, place brown side down, paint with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll like jelly roll.
