4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.5 cup Flour, white 8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice 24 tbsp Melasse (Crosby`s ) 40% less sugar (by YVONNE271) 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 cup Milk, 1% 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Combine egg, oil, melasse, milk, Vanilla and mash banana
2 Add baking soda, flour, Flax, Chia
3. Combine well for 2-3 Min
4. pour into a grease loaf pan and bake at 325 F for 1:20 min
