Ingredients
6.0 serving Ore Ida extra crispy tater tots (12 tots)9.0 serving(s) tofutti american slice1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned3.0 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving0.25 cup Corn Starch8.0 serving(s) go veggie cheese5.0 serving(s) gardein beefless ground1.0 cup Mushrooms, canned
Directions
Brown gardein ground (1 bag). Make soup by whisking coconut milk and cornstarch over medium heat. Chop and add mushrooms. While preparing soup preheat oven to 350 and line tatertots in 9×13 cake pan. Brown until crispy, then top with tofutti cheese slices. Put back in oven to melt slightly. Remove once melted and top with ground, cream of mushroom, corn then go veggie cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes cheese doesn't melt all the way but tatse good in this one. Follow your heart cheese melts better.
