Pita Bread

Ingredients
1 1/8 c warm water3 c all purpose flour1 t salt1 T olive oil1.5 t honey1 1/2 t active dry yeast
Directions
Dump ingredients into bread machine. Run dough cycle. When cycle is complete make 8 even portions. Roll into balls and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in 400 oven for 5 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. If pita does not puff wait until it is golden brown- sometimes the pita can't puff because there is a seam in the dough.
