Ingredients
16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin10.0 serving Tater Tots (9) pieces0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)3.0 serving "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (2/3cup)2.0 tsp Watkins Chicken Soup and Gravy Base
Directions
Brown meat. Add flour and cook 2 min. Add soup base and milk and cook til thickened. Mix meat mix into 9 by 13 pan with tots and veggies. Bake at 425 for 30 min
