Ingredients
4.0 serving(s) hamburger, lean 96%1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw4.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips4.0 cup Stewed Tomatoes2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes2.0 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium2.0 cup Beans, red kidney2.0 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs
Directions
Throw it in a pot and season to taste. Salt, pepper, lots of cumin (2 Tbsp at least) a dash or 3 of cayenne, a bay leaf and you're done. I like mine with a dollop of fat free greek yogurt on top and crunchy tortilla chips on the side.
