Ingredients
3 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta 2 cup Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat 2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 3 oz Cheese, Mozarella, Low Moist/Part Skim (Lucerne) 2 cup Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup Milk, 1% 196 grams Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Cook pasta Mix together milk and soup Put half the pasta in a dish Add crab meat Salt and pepper Add the rest of the pasta Pour the liquid mixture over the pasta Sprinkle cheese over the dish Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
