6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 3 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 3 cup Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi 2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 2 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried 4.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Cook chicken & 4 cups water with Mrs Dash seasoning in crockpot for 4 to 6 hours on low. Take out chicken and let the broth continue to cook. When time to eat, chop veggies & chicken up put into crockpot with a package of gnocchi & the rest of the seasoning add 2 cups milk and let cook on high for 45 minutes. Serve in bowl with crusty bread & a side salad.
