Ingredients
1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 0.50 cup Cauliflower, raw 0.25 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 1 tsp Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.50 cup Lentils 4 cup Vegetable Broth 1 serving Ancho Chili Powder 2.50 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel 1 tsp Cumin, ground Spice 10 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 185 gram Seeds - Quinoa, Cooked (1/2 cup raw = 1 cup cooked) 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
Directions
Rinse quinoa, bring broth and water to a boil, reduce to medium heat and add all your stuff to a large soup pot. Simmer for about an hour. Serve in a bowl with a nice finishing olive oil for freshness.
