Clare's Easy Summer Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes1/2 medium onion, diced2 cloves garlic, mincedJuice of 1/2 lime1/2 jalepeno pepper (more or less depending on your tastes) OR 1/2 habanero pepperDash of black pepper1 t. Cumin1 T. Kosher salt2 T. fresh Cilantro (or parsley), chopped
Directions
Chop all ingredients. Mix gently. Flavors intensify over time - enjoy immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Makes 18 2 T. servings. Super low calorie, so add freely to dishes! Goes really well with any sort of mexican food or baked tortilla chips.
