Peanut Butter, Toast, Omelet & Jam

Ingredients
1 serving Egg Beaters, original - 1/4 cup 2 tbsp Polaner All Fruit Seedless Blackberry 0.25 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese Blend 2 serving Country Hearth English Muffin Toasting Bread - 1 slice 2 tbsp Parkers Farm Peanut Butter
Directions
1. Pour 1/4 cup Egg Beaters into the container and mix both together.
2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Kraft shredded cheese over egg.
3. Cook in microwave (1 minute, turn, 35 seconds, 25, seconds, 20 seconds for total of 2:20)
4. Toast bread while cooking omelet.
5. Spread 2 tbsp peanut butter on each slice of toast.
7. Top one slice with 2 tbsp jam, top the other slice with the cooked omelet.
~ Be sure to consume with freshly brewed coffee!!
