8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 0.33 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 33 tbsp Bobs Red Mill Low-Carb Bread Mix 0.50 cup homemade pizza sauce 2.5 oz Applegate naturals uncured pepperoni
Make bread dough according to package directions using heavy whipping cream and olive oil. Let rise for on hour. Divide dough in half. Roll one half to a 12" x 9" rectangle. Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle on the pepperoni and cheese. Roll up lengthwise and cut the roll into 9 equal slices. Place them on a parchment covered sheet pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm with additional sauce, if desired. Leftovers must be stored in the refrigerator and can be reheated for about 5 minutes in a toaster oven or briefly in the microwave.
